Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) – First & Second Shift
Join Arbor Associates and make an impact every day. Arbor Associates is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support our Behavioral Health, Medical, and Education programs. We’re looking for caring, skilled professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Available Shifts:
First Shift & Second Shift: 7 am-3 pm or 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
What You’ll Do:
Provide hands-on care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor and record vital signs and other health indicators
Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
Assist with personal hygiene needs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help with meals, including preparation and feeding assistance
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Communicate observations and patient needs clearly to the nursing staff
Accurately document care and interactions
Respond promptly and professionally to call lights and requests
Show empathy, patience, and respect in every interaction

Qualifications:
- Current CNA certification in the state of operation
- Completed state-approved CNA training program
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Reliable transportation to assigned work sites
