About the Position
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing front-desk support,
handling administrative tasks, and offering excellent customer service to clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage daily email correspondence and distribute messages to appropriate staff
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
Work Schedule
Full-time, On Site: Monday–Friday
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $35,000 - $40,000
