Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in units, common areas, and building systems
- Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance requests
- Assist with preventive maintenance on:
- Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Pools, spa, and common equipment
- Building exterior, walkways, and mechanical areas
- Complete basic repairs including painting, drywall, carpentry, and fixtures
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, organized condition
- Assist with property inspections and report repair needs
- Support unit readiness for guest arrivals and high-occupancy periods
- Work safely and follow all property procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
- General maintenance experience preferred (residential, hotel, or facilities)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete tasks independently
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50-lbs and work in indoor/outdoor conditions
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call shifts

- Beachfront high-rise property
- Exposure to heat, humidity, salt air, and outdoor conditions
- Combination of indoor mechanical areas, guest units, and exterior grounds
Compensation ($20-$22 per hour)
- Hourly pay based on experience
- Full-time, year-round position
