Immediate Opening Quality Inspector I 2nd shift!!

We are seeking a detail‐oriented Quality Inspector I to support one of our clients with quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) processes during a temporary 4‐month assignment, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. This role performs in‐process, incoming, and final inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Available Shift: 2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm (Monday-Friday) Pay rate: $18.38

Responsibilities:
• Perform inspection and testing of materials, parts, and finished goods to verify compliance with quality specifications, work instructions, and SOPs
• Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and go/no‐go gauges to evaluate product quality
• Conduct visual inspections and identify non‐conforming material (NCM) or defects
• Collect product samples and prepare them for quality testing or inspection
• Accurately document inspection results, complete inspection reports, and maintain quality documentation using computer systems
• Communicate potential quality issues and support basic root cause identification
• Verify product labels, packaging, and shipments meet required specifications and lot traceability requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in a manufacturing environment

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a fast‐paced production or manufacturing environment
• Comfortable using computers, data entry systems, and electronic quality records
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‐solving skills
• Ability to manage time independently and stay organized
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow work instructions

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to bend, kneel, and move throughout production and inspection areas
