What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Fulfillment & Inventory Control Specialist position at Aramsco - Fabrication, Sanitation & Restoration?
Compensation
Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00
A day in the life
You start your shift by checking work queues and prioritizing tasks. A truck arrives—using a RF scanner, you receive and count the incoming freight, verify quantities, and enter each item into the computer system. Any discrepancy you spot is flagged and resolved, including issues tied to freight claims.
With the inbound secure, you stage product and place it on racks, bins, or shelves following product codes and predetermined sequences. You update product maintenance locations so teammates always know exactly where items live. Before moving on, you conduct daily cycle counts to keep inventory accurate.
Next up: orders. You assemble customer orders from stock, palletize them, and move completed pallets to the packing station. When it’s time to load or unload, you operate Company equipment—reach trucks and forklifts—in a safe, professional manner. Returns come back in the afternoon; you inspect, process, and restock them quickly and correctly.
Throughout the day you keep an eye on system queues and respond promptly, maintain a clean, safe workspace by sweeping and removing trash, and make sure sanitation and safety codes are followed. You wrap up by confirming locations are up to date and inventory counts are accurate.
