What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Cleaning & Restoration Equipment Service Technician position at Aramsco - Fabrication, Sanitation & Restoration?
Hourly Pay: $19.00 Monthly Bonus
A day in this roleYou clock in to a clean, organized shop, glance over the day’s appointments in our scheduling software, and open the first service order you created when the unit arrived. It’s a truck-mounted carpet cleaning system showing erratic pressure. You verify the concern, reference the manufacturer’s repair manual, and work through electrical and fuel checks using the proper testing equipment. By mid-morning, you’ve diagnosed the issue, documented needed parts, and presented a clear estimate to the customer by phone.
After lunch, you shift to a portable carpet extractor and a hard-surface floor cleaning machine that need routine service. You coordinate the shop workload with fellow technicians, assist a teammate with an air scrubber electrical fault, and update a customer via email on their dehumidifier. Between jobs, you keep your bay tidy, tools maintained, and safety gear in place. Before the day ends, you order parts, align with vendors on lead times, and schedule the next round of repairs—always aiming to exceed quality and productivity goals.
