Position Overview
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our legal team. This role is critical to ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently and that our clients receive a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle client communication (phone, email, and in-person)
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files
- Assist with document preparation and basic correspondence
- Monitor and manage incoming/outgoing mail and documents
- Support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure office systems and processes stay organized and efficient
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred (legal experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
