Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily facility operations by assisting with dock activities, stocking and maintaining conference room supplies, and performing internal mail and parcel deliveries throughout the campus. This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials, packages, and
workplace resources are delivered accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

Job Responsibilities

• Stock conference rooms with office supplies and other requested materials.
• Conduct routine inspections of conference rooms to ensure readiness for meetings and events.
• Assist with projects of various natures across the campus
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies
• Provide support in ensuring parcels/mail items are moved around the campus in an expedient

• Other duties as needed/assigned

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience: 1 ? 2 years dock or materials management experience
• Basic computer and digital inventory system literacy
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable walking multiple miles per day

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
