Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Job Type: Contract with potential for contract-to-hire

About the Role

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support international shipping operations for a leading transportation and supply chain organization. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support international shipments from purchase order issuance through final delivery.
• Maintain accurate shipment information, including routing details, dates, documentation, and INCOTERMS.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide shipment updates.
• Execute shipment-related tasks in accordance with customer SOPs and service requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within shipment records and systems.
• Assist with preparing and processing customer quotes.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, agents, and internal teams.
• Build positive working relationships across departments and support teams.
• Maintain compliance with established procedures and customer requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Preferred:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, customer service, or a related field
