Job Responsibilities
- Leadership & People Development
- Own the operational and financial performance of multiple accounts and units.
- Model and reinforce high standards of safety, quality, and service excellence.
- Coach, mentor, reward, and recognize team members to build a high?performing culture.
- Identify, engage, and develop top talent across the district.
- Plan and lead district and management team meetings.
- Ensure all operations meet safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- 5?10 years of proven leadership experience with P&L responsibility, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, facilities, or direct store delivery industries.
- Demonstrated success leading teams, managing complex operations, and driving financial results.
- Strong talent assessment and development capability.
- Experience interpreting and executing contract terms and identifying operational opportunities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to lead through change, including turnaround or transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor?s degree required; advanced degree in business or a related field preferred.
