This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately operate a register/Point of sale (POS) and process Broncos Plus transactions
- Greet and assist customers with friendly dialogue and helpful suggestions
- Maintain a count on employee meal vouchers and waste for stand paperwork
- Be knowledgeable on menu items and prices, specialty promotions, and Broncos Plus
- Assists in setting up, maintaining and tearing-down a concession stand
- Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned by the Stand Lead and Concessions Supervisor
- Ensure product in their area is stocked to appropriate levels throughout service and replenish items as needed
- Adhere to all alcohol service policies and food and safety guidelines
- Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
- Ensures security of company assets
- Accepts constructive feedback and provides ideas, concerns to and from leadership
- 18 years of age or older (required)
- Valid TEAM or ServSafe alcohol certification (required
- Accurately operate a register/Point of sale (POS) and process Broncos Plus transactions
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Basic math & counting skills required
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
- Complete Food Handler and Alcohol Service trainings as required by location
