- Manage insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.
- Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Represent insurers, self-insured entities, and corporate clients in liability matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and reports.
- Maintain client relationships and provide proactive case management.
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to achieve successful client outcomes.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Pennsylvania law license.
- 3 5 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage cases independently and work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience handling automobile liability matters is strongly preferred.
