Join us at the coolest new bar located inside of AR's Entertainment Hub.

The Bartender hybrid role is the face of the bar. You are responsible for taking care of the adult guests and making sure you always put a smile on everyone's face. This will be a high volume fast paced environment full of excitement and variety. Our bartenders are the finest mixologists in the area that can get it right the first time in high volume.

You will be reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating amazing drinks for your customers.
• Recommending drinks to uncertain customers.
• Being the person that people want to come back to see and or talk to.
• Enforcing quality and safety controls.
• Working with diverse personalities both on the staff and patrons.
• Taking part in promotional events.
• Helping to identify unruly persons who need to be removed from bar if necessary.
• Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons.
• Supports the proper execution of all processes, systems and standards
• Maintain effective stock control, storage, and rotation to minimize wastage
• Adheres to scheduled shifts and is willing to stay beyond when business or circumstances dictate
• Set a high standard and good example for others to follow, and ensure these standards are always maintained
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene
• Keep the bar and storage areas clear, well-organized and easy to access
• Handling guest concerns regarding the bar
• Participate in regular staff meetings and training as and when required
• Other duties as tasked by theFood & Beverage Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• TABC certification
• High School Diploma.
• Bartending experience in a high volume bar or club.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to diffuse tense situations and resolve conflicts.
• Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Decisiveness.
• Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
• BARTENDING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
