Role Description

This full-time, on-site B2B Customer Service Representative role is located in Skokie, IL. The key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and orders, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and addressing customer issues to maintain a high standard of satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, provide product information, resolve concerns, and ensure orders are accurately processed and delivered on time. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills to manage and support client relationships successfully.


Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to effectively address client inquiries and concerns
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience through professional and responsive service
  • Proficiency in maintaining and improving client relationships with a customer-first mindset
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in B2B customer service is beneficial
  • High school diploma or GED; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus
