Role Description
This full-time, on-site B2B Customer Service Representative role is located in Skokie, IL. The key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and orders, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and addressing customer issues to maintain a high standard of satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, provide product information, resolve concerns, and ensure orders are accurately processed and delivered on time.
