A. R. Building Company, a busy real estate development /property management office located in Seven Fields, PA is seeking a Lease Accountant to join our team.
Duties include:
Review applicant lease information for accuracy, send for signature, countersign leases
Process pending renewal leases / renew & sign
Review moveout information and process final account statements for previous residents
Post resident payments / former resident payments
Post monthly rent charges to all resident accounts
Post monthly late fees
Generate and send notices to residents with past due balances
Generate and email monthly statements to residents
Maintain and balance property billing spreadsheets
Post monthly or quarterly utility charges if required at the property
Work closely with property managers / leasing agents on leases, resident account issues, move outs
Must be proficient in excel
