We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Property Manager for Bridgeway Apartments, a beautiful community in Maryville, TN.
This position will oversee the daily operation of the property including, but not limited to: touring prospective residents, marketing the property, resident relations/retention, property inspections, and budgeting.
The right person will be a friendly, personable, energetic, outgoing, motivated self-starter and must be familiar with computer programs including Microsoft Office.
Monday through Friday, daylight, with no evenings or weekends!
