What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at AR Building Co?
We are seeking a full time EXPERIENCED Maintenance Tech to join our team for Reynolds Farm Apartments in North Kingstown RI.
- Applicants should be experienced in general apartment maintenance, appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry and grounds clean-up. HVAC and CPO a plus!
Interested individuals must have a valid DL, reliable truck, own hand tools, and availability for on-call responsibilities.
Hours are Mon.-Thurs. 9:00-5:00 and Fri. 8:00-4:00 plus on call.
Great benefits the first of the month after 60 days!
Must be able to pass background check
