What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at AR Building Co?
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Assistant Property Manager for Villages of Easton, a 400-unit Apartment Community in Irwin. At least 3 years of experience is preferred. Must have excellent computer skills and be comfortable with electronic paperwork. Market rate and income based experienced required.
The Assistant Property Manager will perform duties such as touring prospective residents, marketing the property, resident relations/retention, property inspections, approving smaller invoices and preparing reports.
The right person will be a friendly, personable, energetic, outgoing, motivated self-starter and must be proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office. Experience with RealPage/Onesite would be wonderful.
Must have experience working within a team including a Property Manager, Maintenance Techs, Housekeepers, and Leasing Agents.
Monday through Friday daylight with no weekends!
