Primary Responsibilities
- Support the creation, implementation, and sustainment of Supply Chain business processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and develop compelling business cases.
- Assist with process design, development, and documentation, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
- Support implementation activities, including deployment planning, comprehensive training, effective change management, and continuous stakeholder engagement.
- Track performance metrics and provide ongoing guidance to ensure the long-term sustainability and optimization of processes.
- Undergraduate degree in a Technical, Supply Chain, or Business discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain operations or process improvement.
- Strong computer proficiency, including advanced Excel skills for data analysis and interpretation, and effective email management.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively through both phone and email.
- Exceptional organizational and task management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Demonstrated strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Advanced data analytics capabilities, particularly in Excel and other reporting tools.
