What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end technical program execution for a strategic workforce planning technology initiative.
- Develop and manage comprehensive technical delivery plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple workstreams.
- Collaborate strategically with HR, technology, data, and business teams to ensure solutions are meticulously aligned with overarching organizational goals.
- Drive robust program governance, establish efficient operating rhythms, manage status reporting, and deliver impactful executive communications.
- Coordinate diverse cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of critical technology capabilities and seamless system implementations.
- Proactively manage technical dependencies, identify potential delivery risks, and swiftly remove blockers to maintain program velocity.
- Champion the implementation and adoption of new HR technology platforms, optimized processes, and modern ways of working.
- Maintain insightful program dashboards, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and define success metrics to rigorously measure business outcomes.
- Facilitate advanced Agile delivery practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and iterative planning, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with internal teams and external technology partners to deliver highly scalable and innovative solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- 5 years of proven experience leading technical programs, driving enterprise technology initiatives, or managing complex system implementations.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale programs within highly matrixed organizations.
- Direct experience delivering programs in HR technology, HRIS, workforce planning, talent management, or enterprise business applications.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid delivery approaches.
- Extensive experience partnering effectively with both technical teams and diverse business stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to adeptly manage multiple priorities in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with leading program management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, or similar systems.
- Experience supporting Strategic Workforce Planning, workforce analytics, talent intelligence, or skills-based workforce initiatives.
- Experience integrating diverse workforce data, including skills, organizational data, financial information, and key workforce metrics.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled business solutions, automation, or data-driven transformation initiatives.
- PMP certification.
- Experience leading global or enterprise-wide technology transformations.
- Familiarity with core HR processes, including Talent Management, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, or Learning & Development.
