What You Will Do
- Lead the execution and optimization of innovative pilot experiences within retail locations.
- Oversee in-store marketing initiatives and events from conception to completion.
- Ensure all elements of retail experiences are well-executed, impactful, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Contribute to transforming retail spaces into engaging and valued destinations for customers and communities.
- Collaborate to drive stronger customer engagement, business growth, and sustained value through enhanced in-store experiences.
- 3 years of marketing or store operations experience with strong retail and consumer insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with dynamic retail environments and navigating complex, matrixed organizations.
