To Be Considered For This Role, You Must
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
- Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
- Have bliingual proficiency (Spanish and English)
- Managing scheduling and rescheduling of appointments.
- Handling patient messages and other communications.
- Processing incoming faxes and mail efficiently.
- Responding to calls and managing record requests.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in healthcare administrative software systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of administrative processes within a specialized medical field.
