Job Description:

Our client is seeking an exceptional Photo Retoucher to execute post-production for on-product experiences for some of the most prominent applications. This role demands substantial studio experience and expert-level skills in retouching, with a particular focus on beauty, color, devices, masking, and compositing. You will be required to showcase a diverse portfolio that includes fashion, beauty, tech, and lifestyle work. Your primary responsibility will be to uphold the highest standards of quality and meticulously pay attention to detail to create polished images. You thrive in a collaborative team environment, working closely with teams of art directors, editors, designers, and producers. Additionally, you are highly organized in your work habits and file management.

Key Skills:

• Expert-level skills with a specialization in portraits, beauty, color, silhoueting/masking, and compositing.
• Ability to work independently, interpret multiple feedback points, and swiftly implement changes.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for technical and process-related issues.
• Experience working with design comps and template layouts.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Diligence in maintaining file naming structures, organizing files, and delivering them promptly.
• Understanding of the company’s aesthetic, UI, and history.
• Quick learner of new software and workflows.

Additional Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in photo retouching.
• A portfolio/website demonstrating your retouching work.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Capture One, Lightroom, and Keynote.
