Our media team is expanding and we're looking for a Paid Social Planner to join our lively bunch in Boston, MA.
Salary: 55K - 75K, plus benefits
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid - in office 1-2X week)
Must have Linkedin Paid Social (B2B) experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: End-to-end ownership of paid social efforts, including planning, "hands-on-keyboard" activation, pacing, and optimization.
- Strategy & Consultation: Translate client briefs into data-driven tactical recommendations and testing roadmaps.
- Analysis & Reporting: Deliver comprehensive performance insights, metrics, and actionable go-forward recommendations.
- Media Collaboration: Align paid social efforts with broader media strategies and maintain vendor relationships with social platforms.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Stay current on ad tech advancements to provide best-practice guidance for bid strategies and audience targeting.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of self-service paid social experience.
- B2B Expertise: Proven track record with LinkedIn Ads is a must.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Soft Skills: A positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
