Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Processing: Primary responsibility is processing and “closing” work orders within Service Suite and SAP, ensuring field data matches corporate records.
- Technical Review: Analyze and cross-reference records against maps and technical documents to verify accuracy of field installations.
- Data Auditing: Identify discrepancies in work order data and coordinate with field personnel to resolve issues before final billing/reporting.
- General Administration: Order office supplies, maintain records management systems, perform basic bookkeeping, and prepare routine correspondence.
- Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel to track daily processing volumes and maintain logs for management review.
- Software: Previous experience with SAP and Service Suite is highly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking, sorting, basic formulas) is required.
- Utility/Technical Background: Experience reviewing maps, blueprints, or property records is a significant advantage.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle repetitive data tasks with high accuracy—missing a detail in this role can impact customer billing and safety records.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding customer data and corporate records.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours.
- Location: Must be able to work 100% onsite at our Brooklyn Park facility.
