- Drive the project roadmap, incorporating innovative solutions for complex challenges and suggesting creative production techniques to achieve objectives without compromising excellence.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party agencies and partners, as well as internal teams and resources, assessing creative and production proposals.
- Lead complex content creation projects and guide content creation teams from conception to launch, devising creative solutions.
- Influence work groups and project outcomes by defining creative content production strategies and leading the development of style, processes, or templates.
- Direct the creative and technical vision for content, ensuring alignment with overall objectives, conducting interviews and screenings across disciplines, and guiding changes for optimal project development.
- 5 years of experience as a producer, with a focus on social media production.
- Proficiency in partner and relationship management.
