- What You’ll Do:**
- Collaborate closely with change managers to identify and analyze change impacts and evolving learning needs.
- Design and develop a diverse range of training assets, including instructor-led materials, self-paced learning content, job aids, quick reference guides, and process walkthroughs.
- Support the execution of comprehensive training plans and learning timelines, ensuring alignment with key change milestones.
- Guarantee that all training content resonates with overarching change messaging and promotes desired behaviors.
- Actively participate in testing and refining training materials, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist with coordination efforts involving learning platforms or external delivery partners as needed.
- Must-Have Qualifications:**
- 2–4 years of experience in training development, instructional design, or learning support roles.
- Solid working knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Proven experience in creating structured training content and job aids.
- Basic understanding of change management concepts and their application in supporting successful adoption.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) or Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
- Exposure to technology, process, or operating model changes.
