**What You’ll Do**
As An HR Consultant, You Will
- **Coach and Advise:** Provide expert consultation to managers and employees on complex workplace matters, including career development, performance, and policy interpretation, leveraging data and insights for informed recommendations.
- **Resolve Issues:** Lead the diagnosis and resolution of intricate policy, culture, and employee relations concerns, partnering with relevant teams to ensure a safe and professional work environment.
- **Strategic Collaboration:** Partner with HR Business Partners to support and enable strategic people priorities, and collaborate across a matrixed environment—including HR, Legal, and Compliance—to shape local policies and practices.
- **Process Improvement & Automation:** Design and implement scalable, automated solutions to strengthen manager effectiveness, reduce manual effort, and streamline HR workflows, continuously identifying opportunities for efficiency and improved decision quality.
- **Trend Analysis:** Identify and escalate trends in employee relations, working with partners to implement solutions that reduce recurring issues and improve overall outcomes.
- **Capability Building:** Use data-driven insights to anticipate training and capability needs, recommending and delivering targeted solutions such as training or communications.
- **Compliance & Consistency:** Apply organizational values and HR policies across various programs such as leave, retirement, immigration, and performance management, ensuring compliance and consistency in all interactions.
- **Culture Embodiment:** Continuously look for ways to modernize how work gets done, embodying the organization’s culture and values in all interactions, and fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Foundational experience in Human Resources, employee relations, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of performance management practices and HR policies.
- Demonstrated experience providing performance management consultation to managers.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Sound judgment and the ability to build trust with managers and employees.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a large or matrixed organization.
- A passion for using data, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance HR delivery.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions.
