Key Responsibilities
- Develop concepts and designs aligned with strategic business goals and accessibility compliance.
- Ensure all designs strictly adhere to established brand guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and solving problems independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform image searching, retouching, and manipulation to enhance visual content.
- Demonstrate a passion for design, acting as a self-starter who brings creative ideas to fruition.
- Maintain exceptional organization and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Expert proficiency in design software, particularly InDesign, with strong experience in the production end of print and static digital design.
- Proven ability to develop concepts and designs while ensuring accessibility compliance.
- A track record of designing strictly according to established brand guidelines.
- Experience collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently on multiple projects with constantly changing deadlines.
- Proficiency in image searching, retouching, and manipulation.
- A portfolio showcasing strong design capabilities and a passion for creative solutions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- An Associate’s (A.A.) or Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency across the Creative Cloud suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- 3-5 years of experience in a corporate, studio, or agency setting.
- Strong skills in creating and visualizing graphs and charts.
- An exceptional online portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions.
