Time: 8:45 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Coverage starts shortly before sessions begin)

• What You’ll Do:**
  
  

As an integral part of our event documentation team, you will:

• Capture high-quality, candid imagery that reflects the professional “look and feel” of the event.
• Document attendees networking, checking in, and actively engaging during technical sessions.
• Take wide-angle shots of the venue, event setup, and classroom-style environments to convey the overall scale and setting.
• Focus on product and detail shots, including close-ups of training materials, lunch and networking setups, and dynamic “action” shots of professionals collaborating.
• Maintain a clean, corporate, and professional photographic style, focusing on authentic moments rather than staged headshots or specific speaker portraits.
• Deliver a full set of high-resolution, professionally edited digital images.
• Perform standard color correction and cropping to ensure all images meet high-quality standards.
• Provide timely delivery of all images via a digital gallery or transfer method within a specified timeframe.
• Required Skills & Experience:**
• Proven experience as a professional photographer, specifically in corporate event documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to capture high-quality, candid imagery in a corporate or technical setting.
• Proficiency in professional photo editing software for color correction and cropping.
• Strong understanding of photographic principles, composition, and lighting.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
