What You Will Do
- Manage the timely completion of government and commercial enrollment applications for behavioral health providers and groups.
- Develop and apply a strong working knowledge of behavioral health payer policies across various regions.
- Consistently document work progress, enrollment follow-up status, and in-process tasks within specified systems and timeframes.
- Update and maintain all necessary government credentialing and revalidations for providers, interacting with them via phone or email as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with leadership, credentialing teams, and financial partners to resolve provider denials and credentialing-related claims issues.
- Work closely with management to ensure all payer enrollment processes are accurately documented and effective within procedural manuals.
- Oversee all aspects of user online access, including web portals.
- Participate in team meetings as requested.
- Submit initial and revalidation applications for providers entering health services.
- Handle comprehensive government and commercial payer enrollment processes.
- Manage mail-based documentation and workflows efficiently.
- Must-Have Qualifications:**
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
- Reliable and consistent attendance.
- Willingness to work on-site.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- 1-2 years of experience with government payers.
- Experience in the insurance industry, demonstrating strong transferable skills.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes.
