Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage various aspects of direct-to-consumer websites, including pricing, product positioning, and design elements.
• Lead the seamless execution of site activations, ensuring timely launches and adherence to brand standards.
• Conduct end-to-end quality assurance (QA) for all website functionalities and content.
• Implement and optimize digital merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with multiple teams to launch new content and physical products.
• Analyze website data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in user experience.
• Manage website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compelling storytelling.
• Contribute to maintaining overall site functionality and a strong, consistent user experience.
• Must-Have Qualifications:** * 5 years of direct-to-consumer (DTC) or eCommerce site management experience, preferably within the luxury or beauty sectors.
• Strong digital merchandising and quality assurance (QA) expertise, with a keen eye for detail.
• Solid understanding of user experience (UX), specifically regarding site storytelling flow rather than digital product design/development.
• Proficiency in content management. * Experience with eCommerce analytics (as an enhancement to other skills, not a standalone focus).
• Demonstrated basic project management skills, including coordinating between multiple teams for content and product launches.
• Familiarity with industry-standard project management and collaboration tools.
• Strong data analysis skills. * Proficiency in standard office productivity software.

• Experience as an eCommerce generalist with exposure to multiple areas of online retail.
  
  

The target hiring compensation for this role is 66.83/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
