Position Overview
We are seeking a rare hybrid talent: a Dynamics 365 Marketing Operations Consultant who can seamlessly bridge the gap between high-level marketing strategy and technical, hands-on CRM execution.
Unlike standard Salesforce environments, our ecosystem is built entirely on Microsoft Dynamics 365. We need an expert who can audit our current setup, consult on a long-term CRM growth roadmap, and physically build the automated journeys, segmentations, and campaigns required to drive growth.
This is a part-time trial role (10 hours/week) with significant potential to scale into a core full-time position as we evaluate our long-term marketing operations agency strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Consultation & Roadmapping
Partner with leadership to assess current CRM capabilities and establish a strategic marketing automation roadmap.
Architect sophisticated audience segmentation models, lead scoring frameworks, and data hygiene practices.
Design multi-step email nurture flows, lifecycle marketing campaigns, and ongoing A/B testing frameworks to optimize conversion rates.
Technical & Tactical Execution (The "Doer" Scope)
Manage day-to-day operations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Insights - Journeys / Marketing module).
Build, test, and deploy automated workflows, marketing triggers, and integration steps (utilizing Power Automate where necessary).
Handle the hands-on execution of email marketing campaigns, lead lists generation, data filtering, and target group segmentation.
Set up, monitor, and report on rigorous A/B tests (subject lines, copy, layout, and send times) to continuously improve performance metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
MSFT Dynamics Mastery: Proven, hands-on experience administering and building marketing automations natively inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM. (Note: Salesforce or Hubspot-only profiles will not be considered).
The Hybrid Skillset: Demonstrated experience acting as both a strategic consultant (setting the "why" and "what") and a tactical administrator (executing the "how").
Data & Automation Proficiency: Deep understanding of relational databases, list segmentation logic, behavioral lead scoring, and building complex automated customer journeys.
Execution Focus: Comfortable jumping straight into the platform to build emails, pull lists, and run tests without relying on a large support team.
Agile Mindset: Ability to effectively manage a baseline of 10 hours a week, self-start projects, and scale hours seamlessly as the partnership deepens.
