Our global retail client is seeking a Creative Project Manager to support its internal creative organization. This team serves as the operational backbone of the business—linking cross-functional partners and managing end-to-end workflows to deliver high-quality creative at scale.
Required
- Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Playa Vista, CA)***
- Manage high-volume project execution: Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring consistent delivery across digital, site, CRM, and 360 creative campaign workstreams
- Partner on intake and scoping: Work closely with Account Management to intake requests, align on scope, and ensure proper resourcing within a larger shared services model
- Build scalable schedules and workflows: Develop and maintain detailed timelines while aligning with broader team processes and operational standards
- Drive projects within a larger system: Act as the day-to-day owner of project execution while operating within established frameworks, tools, and governance models
- Maintain operational rigor: Ensure accuracy and consistency in Workfront, including milestones, dependencies, versioning, and delivery standards
- Proactively manage risks and dependencies: Identify scheduling, resourcing, and process gaps early and partner with leadership to course-correct
- Coordinate cross-functional approvals: Route work through required partners (Legal, Compliance, Brand Governance, etc.) in alignment with enterprise processes
- Support resource and workflow efficiency: Contribute to team-wide efficiency by adhering to established processes and identifying opportunities for optimization
- Enable creative teams: Provide clarity, prioritization, and structure to support high-output creative teams working across multiple initiatives
Required
- 3–5 years of project management experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or high-volume production environment
- Experience managing high-volume, repeatable workflows with strong attention to detail and process adherence
- Familiarity working within large, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and approval layers
- Previous Ecommerce client exprience is ideal
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, including development, production, and approvals
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to keep teams aligned and informed
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure and navigate ambiguity
- Experience with Workfront or similar enterprise project management tools
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale brands, retail, or eCommerce environments
- Exposure to resource management models or shared creative services teams
- Experience working with brand governance or compliance-driven workflows
