Responsibilities

• **Conduct In-depth Business Analysis:** Lead ad-hoc analyses to investigate critical business questions, identify contributing factors, and provide actionable recommendations. Formulate hypotheses, gather and analyze relevant data, and communicate findings clearly and concisely to various audiences, including leadership.
• **Collaborate and Strategize:** Partner closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand their reporting needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating these into effective visual representations and data-driven solutions.
• **Enhance Data Quality and Accessibility:** Actively participate in initiatives to improve data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organization. Contribute to the development of robust data pipelines and efficient data wrangling processes.
• **Continuous Learning and Innovation:** Stay abreast of best practices in data visualization and business intelligence, continuously seeking opportunities to apply new technologies and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
  
  

Qualifications

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

• Proven experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst role with a strong emphasis on dashboard development and comprehensive business analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and practical experience querying relational databases.
• Expertise in a leading data visualization tool for dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Solid understanding of data manipulation and data wrangling techniques.
• Experience working with various data sources, including flat files, spreadsheets, and data warehouses.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex business questions into clear, data-driven insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining intricate data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive and eager approach to learning new technologies and methodologies, coupled with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
