Are you a Leave of Absence & Accommodations expert who thrives in high-volume environments? We’re hiring a Benefits Specialist to drive our leave, disability, and ADA programs!
In this role, you’ll serve as a key subject matter expert and trusted advisor—managing end-to-end LOA processes, continuous/intermittent leaves, return-to-work programs, and complex ADA accommodation requests. You’ll partner closely with internal teams (Legal, Payroll, HR Contact Center) and external third-party vendors to resolve escalations and ensure seamless compliance across local, state, and federal laws.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5 years of dedicated experience in LOA, disability (STD/LTD), ADA, and return-to-work program administration.
- Top-notch communication skills: Exceptional ability to build trust and navigate sensitive cases with employees and leaders across all organizational levels.
- Problem-solving mindset: Proven skill in root-cause analysis, streamlining processes, and navigating complex legal/policy guidelines.
- Tech proficiency: Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday and ServiceNow strongly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Pay Up to: $33/hr W2 with full benefits (health, vision, dental, and 401K)
