Your Impact And Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring, dispatching, and balancing work orders for field personnel, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Acting as a primary point of contact, responding to information requests and facilitating seamless communication between customer service and field teams.
- Handling incoming calls and performing proactive call-ahead requests for field technicians to streamline operations.
- Receiving and dispatching non-emergency work orders efficiently to support both daily routines and critical emergency operations.
- Utilizing advanced mobile data and dispatching systems to assign orders effectively and in a timely manner.
- Tracking, routing, and meticulously documenting work orders, and reviewing backlogged tasks to ensure timely completion and operational excellence.
- Coordinating essential operational requirements between various internal departments and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration.
- Resolving scheduling conflicts between customer support, customers, and supervision to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Serving as a crucial liaison between the organization, customers, and governmental agencies during emergency situations, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of experience with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system or a mobile data dispatching system.
- At least one year of experience in or supporting field operations, or one year of equivalent dispatching experience.
- Strong business acumen, demonstrating a clear understanding of how actions and decisions impact operational efficiency.
- A collaborative mindset, actively sharing information and working seamlessly with others to achieve shared organizational goals.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to share information clearly and respectfully.
