Accounts Payable Coordinator [208684]

Join a dynamic, high-performing shared services team supporting a global beauty company. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized Accounts Payable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage high-volume invoice processing with accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Process high-volume invoices (75–100 daily) using 3-way matching across US, Canada and manufacturing entities
• Ensure accurate and timely payments through systems such as SAP, Fusion, Wise, and other regional platforms
• Investigate and resolve parked and blocked invoices by partnering with buyers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Reconcile vendor statements and respond to internal/external inquiries with a strong customer service mindset
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit standards
• Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiencies within the shared services environment
• Support team priorities and collaborate cross-functionally to meet deadlines, especially during month-end close
  
  

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP highly preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to step in and support where needed
• Experience in consumer products or shared services environments is a plus
• Familiarity with document imaging systems (e.g., ReadSoft) is a plus
