You’re a designer who doesn’t just dream in renderings — you bring ideas to life quickly and beautifully. You know how to connect with clients, understand their needs, and turn their outdoor spaces into something special — without overcomplicating the process.

But you’re more than a designer — you’re a business builder. You know how to tap into your network, generate leads, and close deals. You understand that great design is only half the job — the other half is selling the vision and earning the client’s trust.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on momentum. Someone who can take a small-to-midsize landscape project from concept to close with creativity, clarity, and care. If you love the design-build world but want to focus on projects that move fast, generate revenue, and make an immediate impact, this role is for you.

You’ll be successful here if:

• You’re a creative thinker with a strong grasp of native plants, hardscape, and outdoor living design.
• You can leverage your existing network and connections to create new business opportunities.
• You enjoy prospecting and following up with potential clients to keep your pipeline full.
• You meet with clients, listen well, and guide them toward smart, beautiful solutions that fit their budget and style.
• You’re comfortable managing multiple smaller projects at once — and keeping them all on track.
• You’re confident in your design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.) and can produce clean, compelling presentations.
• You’re energized by the idea of helping drive cash flow through efficient, high-quality work and strong closing skills.
