- Follow established recipes and menu specifications to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitizing procedures throughout all stages of food handling and preparation.
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new breakfast options and seasonal specials.
- Manage high-volume production during busy morning hours while maintaining attention to detail.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, poachers, braising pots, and knives safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper food presentation and timely service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards and support overall kitchen operations.
Experience
- Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience preferred but not required; relevant culinary or restaurant experience is highly valued.
- Demonstrated expertise in food preparation techniques such as poaching, braising, grilling, and meal assembly.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume production environments with efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of food safety management practices, sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling protocols.
