Key Responsibilities
- Enforce and uphold strict safety protocols across all operations.
- Ensure compliance with AquaSafe policies and health authority standards.
- Oversee staff training on pool safety, chemical handling, and risk management.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize profitability.
- Optimize budgets for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Determine staffing needs and collaborate with HR on recruitment and training.
- Lead, mentor, and hold accountable Division Managers and Service Managers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Coach, evaluate, and develop staff to maximize performance and engagement.
- Represent AquaSafe with professionalism, authority, and enthusiasm.

- Minimum of three years of proven experience in senior management within a mid-size company.
- Direct experience managing three or more layers of staff (Division Managers → Supervisors → Pool Managers → Facility Staff).

- Strong experience in both sales and operations management.
