- Establish a strong rapport with customers by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and expertise in water treatment solutions.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of water quality and equipment functionality, engaging customers in the process to ensure transparency and education.
- Identify potential water treatment issues and recommend tailored solutions based on customer needs and preferences.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of service findings, offering multiple options to help customers make informed decisions.
- Perform maintenance and repair of water treatment equipment with precision and efficiency.
- Uphold high standards for cleanliness and organization, ensuring work areas are left in excellent condition after service.
- Document all services performed, maintaining accurate records for customer history and future recommendations.
- Communicate and collaborate with multiple support departments within Aquarius.
- Stay current with industry advancements, products, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
What you have to offer:
- Previous experience in water treatment service or a related technical field preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a consultative approach to service.
- Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring consistency in documentation and work quality.
- Comfortable working independently while following a structured service system.
- Must be able to read and write in English well enough to accurately prepare invoices, timecards, and proposals.
