What you will be doing as the Recruiter (Industrial/Manufacturing):
- Manage process of bringing contracted employees on full time to the company, including all onboarding.
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions for industrial, labor, and production positions.
- Source candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, community engagement and industry events.
- Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for industrial positions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs within the industrial sector.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Responsible for full cycle recruiting
What you will need as the Recruiter (Industrial/Manufacturing):
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years recruiting in industrial, production or warehousing industry
- Experience utilizing ATS, Workday required
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
