What you will be doing as the Annuity Office Manager/Representative:
- Assist in operational processes supporting the annuity line of business. This will include providing support to New Business and Inforce annuity administration
- Serve as a point of contact for annuity product support via phone and email
- Oversee general office operations, including maintenance of office building
- Sort mail, scan documents, and manage filing system
- Work with business managers to support on-going business effort
What you will be doing as the Annuity Office Manager/Representative:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in financial services industry
- Annuities and Insurance knowledge- a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Data Entry and Processing skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
