Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow your regional territory
- Perform technical service: installations, repairs, preventative maintenance
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and expand service contracts
- Collaborate with remote teams for scheduling and project management
- Represent Aquafinity at trade shows and industry events
Qualifications
- 5 years in technical service and/or sales (commercial pool, HVAC, or water treatment preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (including overnight stays)
- Ability to perform light physical tasks
- Completion of Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) training within one year
