What are the responsibilities and job description for the Texturing Process Manager/Technician position at Aquafil-O'Mara?
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Texturing Process Manager/Technician.
The Ideal candidate will responsible for texturing yarn quality with direction from the Plant Manager to include but not limited to the following daily checks for each machine:
Thread Line Path
Heater Temperatures
Online monitoring including diagnostics for suspect ends, air jets, guides, push rods, etc.
Checking air pressures, regulators, P2, P3, P4 setpoints
Checking oil levels, oil rollers, addressing roller wrap ups
Monitoring package build, size, weights, and densities
Enforce quality standards adhering to customer expectations
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
