We are seeking a motivated HR / Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team with sourcing, screening, and building pipelines of talent for current and future job openings. What You’ll Do
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal systems
- Support pipeline development for current and future hiring needs
- Review resumes and assist with initial candidate screening
- Help maintain candidate data and activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support job postings and outreach for open positions
- Assist with administrative tasks related to recruiting and hiring
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring partners on talent initiatives
- Currently enrolled in a college or university degree program (Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong interest in human resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn
- Hands‑on experience supporting real‑world recruiting efforts
- Exposure to talent sourcing and pipeline development
- Opportunity to build professional skills and industry knowledge
- Experience working with a collaborative HR and Talent Acquisition team
