What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swim Instructor - no previous experience required - part-time position at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools?
This is a part-time position for someone who is fun, friendly, and loves teaching children! We work with students between 4 months and 12 years old, teaching them the life-saving skill of swimming.

BENEFITS: Hourly wage starting at $14.00 per hour. We offer paid training with a consistent schedule of short 4-5 hour shifts. Positive Team Culture! Weekend evenings off! Closed on all major holidays! Frequent work outings and team-building activities!
JOB DESCRIPTION: Teach 4:1 ratio classes using the Aqua-Tots curriculum, ensure safety, complete online and in-person training, provide customer service, uphold the quality and consistency of the Aqua-Tots swim lessons, and attend monthly mandatory meetings.
