Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is looking for a fun and energetic Front Desk Associate for our indoor facility located at 5984 N Hamilton Rd, Westerville, OH 43081. If you are friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working with children aged 4 months to 12 years, we want to hear from you! With flexible hours, a fun work environment, and a supportive and friendly team, this job is perfect for college students!
Availability Needed:
Mornings (9:00am-2:00pm)
Front Desk Responsibilities:
- Assist new clients with registration/enrollment.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage messages in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle and resolve client concerns with professionalism and care.
- Greet parents and students warmly, checking students in using our attendance tracking system.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, restrooms, changing areas, and lobby.
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting everyone with a smile and ensuring they feel at home.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette
- Embody the company's core values in their work approach
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for working with children and families.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software systems.
- Self-motivated and thrive in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Can provide exceptional communication and listening skills.
- Friendly, able to multitask, work with a team, & work in a VERY fast paced environment
- Ability to pass a background check.
