Front Desk Associate

Are you looking for a FUN and EXCITING place to work? Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is looking for a fun and energetic Front Desk Associate for our indoor facility located at 4018 Powell Rd Powell OH 43065. If you are friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working with children aged 4 months to 12 years, we want to hear from you! With flexible hours, a fun work environment, and a supportive and friendly team, this job is perfect for college students!

Availability Needed:

Evenings (4:00-7:30): Mondays

Mornings (9am-1pm) Saturdays

Front Desk Responsibilities:

• Assist new clients with registration/enrollment.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage messages in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle and resolve client concerns with professionalism and care.
• Greet parents and students warmly, checking students in using our attendance tracking system.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, restrooms, changing areas, and lobby.
• Create a welcoming environment by greeting everyone with a smile and ensuring they feel at home.
• Demonstrate effective phone etiquette
• Embody the company's core values in their work approach

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for working with children and families.
• Intermediate computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software systems.
• Self-motivated and thrive in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Can provide exceptional communication and listening skills.
• Friendly, able to multitask, work with a team, & work in a VERY fast paced environment
• Ability to pass a background check.
